What is hair bundle?
Human hair bundle is a neat bundle of human hair, which is horizontally woven on lace or silk cloth, and looks like a weft thread. Generally, the hair bundles are about 100g. Under the condition of constant weight, the longer the bundle is, the narrower the width of the bundles is. The hair salon weaves a small bundle of hair horizontally, fixes both sides of the hair in place and sews it with a hairpin, or sticks the human hair bundles in the wig cap. This hair technology is becoming more and more popular in the United States because it looks natural and fits well. It not only can last a long time, but also does not need to be heated. So there is almost no harm to the hair. Here, we only mention two widely used methods: sewing method and glue method. Sewn hair bundles can usually last for 6 months, while sticky hair bundles can last for a year because the hair bundles are attached to their own hair with high-performance adhesive.
How to install hair bundles?
Install with sewing
1. Prepare your own hair
Shampoo your own hair ahead of time to make sure no oil remains. Air dry your hair. When your hair is dry, use a comb to smooth it first. Part the hair from top to bottom according to the number of bundles you want to install. For example, if you are installing four bundles of hair, you can divide the hair into four equal sections. Use a comb to distribute your hair from the center of your forehead back to the nape of your neck. Make the second part of scalp from the base of the right ear to the base of the left ear. Twist four sections of hair and secure with bobby pins. You can condition your hair by braiding it.
2. Crochet the bundles to your hair
Get your crochet and stitches ready. Start stitching on each layer of hair seam. Start at the scalp and stitch along about 1/8 of the length to secure the extensions. The first layer starts with the back of the head. Weave the crochet through the bundle and your own hair from left to right or right to left until you have finished the layer.
3. Don’t forget to treat the top hair of your head
If you want your hair to show through the top of your head, arrange the top of your head before you braid. You can start by tying or pinning the hair you want to see on the top of your head. Make sure you don’t weave the top hair of your head. If you want to install the lace closure, you need to braid your hair first to facilitate the installation of the lace closure. When weaving the lace closure, you can put the lace closure in place you want it to be, and then you sew it to your hair.
4. Styling your hairstyle
After weaving the bundles layer by layer from the lower layer to the upper layer, use a splint or a curling bar to make the hair into the shape you want.
