RETURN POLICY

1. 30 Days: We advice you check the hair after you receive it, if the size, style, color doesn't match the your needs, please contact us for return or exchange. We don’t accept used hair returning. Besides, if you just don't want the item and want a refund, please also contact us within 15 days after you receipt it.

2. Original Condition: Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

3. Contact Us First: The customer must email to service@hurela.com for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to us. Or the refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay the shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.

4. Return Shipping: Buyer needs to pay the return shipping fee if it is not a seller problem.

NOTE:(Hair care & styling product, accessories, liquids, and special-order items are ineligible for return.)

WHAT IS INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS?

1. This FOLLOW will not be supported by a return or refund

2. The frontal lace was cut or damaged

3. The original packing or product was altered

4. The item was worn or sprayed any hair styling products

5. The item was damaged and the original status was changed

6. Special order and clearance items

About Refund

1. Tell Return Information: Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days.

2. Late Or Missing Refunds: We’ll let you know once we send a refund. If you haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
